Biography :
Amy Wolfe is a Managing Broker, real estate leader, builder and developer with more than 30 years of experience spanning residential and commercial real estate, construction, land development, sales, marketing and brokerage leadership.
Today, Amy serves as Managing Broker of our United Country Premier Properties firm in Georgia and provides leadership and support within the Virtual Properties Realty family of companies. A significant focus of her work is helping real estate professionals build successful careers through practical broker guidance, education, mentoring and access to specialized opportunities in residential, commercial, land, new construction, luxury and investment real estate.
Amy’s career began in the building industry after earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Florida. Early in her career, she was among the first women in the country to build homes for one of the nation’s top-ranked home builders. Over the next decade, her work expanded into home building, commercial construction, estimating, engineering and land development. Her experience includes the construction and development of hundreds of homes as well as offices, warehouses, schools, subdivisions and commercial projects throughout Georgia and Florida.
Her development experience also includes notable Atlanta projects. Amy pioneered new construction in Atlanta’s historic Castleberry Hill district after approximately a century without new residential construction there and was involved with an innovative mixed-use Live-Work development featured by BUILDER magazine. Her career also included early involvement with the redevelopment that became Atlantic Station.
Sales and marketing have been equally important parts of Amy’s career. She has led sales and marketing operations, sold thousands of new homes and earned more than 20 national and local awards for sales, marketing, home building and professional achievement. Her honors include more than a dozen OBIE Awards, recognition for Marketing Campaign of the Year, advertising and signage, Best New Home Builder in Atlanta in her category, and #1 national new-home sales honors.
Amy later combined her construction, sales and marketing experience with brokerage ownership, operating her own real estate companies for more than 16 years and growing her brokerage to more than 60 agents.
That unusually broad background gives Amy a perspective that reaches far beyond a traditional real estate transaction. She understands real estate from the ground up — from land, engineering and construction through development, marketing, contracts, negotiation, sales and brokerage operations.
Today, one of Amy’s greatest professional priorities is sharing that experience with other real estate professionals. Whether helping an agent work through a difficult contract, understand a commercial transaction, develop a specialty, market a property or grow their business, Amy believes strong broker support and education can help agents build better careers while providing better service to their clients.
Her approach remains straightforward: use experience, education and practical problem-solving to help agents and clients reach their real estate goals.
